Responsibilities:
1. Day to day correspondence with site and design team and reporting the matters to Project Manager.
2. Coordination with customer for timely approval of the drawing
3. Identify all issues related to site requirements
4. Tag critical issue and suggest corrective action to avoid delay
5. Planning for resource Drawing requirement to initiate with Design Department
6. Coordinate with all supplier manufacturers for drawing submission. Customer comments with compliance
7. Coordinate with supplier for FAT, dispatch of material
8. Finalize spare parts
9. Safety measure at should be considered always.
10. Prepare project reports.
11. Prepare technical specifications for purchase orders and sub-contracts
12. Co-ordinate project activities between internal and external parties
13. Provide general administration support to the project manager and site manager
14. Project management in smaller less complex orders/projects
15. Responsible for all issues, related to his assigned project will be taken care as project engineer
16. Responsible for preparation scope of work as per contract with client.
17. Responsible to represent ABB Contracting to discuss all matters respectively his project
18. Responsible to coordinate with supply management to place order requirement
19. Follow up work schedule and coordination with design department. |

The criteria:
To qualify for the position, you need to have:
A university degree with Electrical Engineering related studies.
5-12 years in installation of HV/EHV switchgear, control panels, capacitor banks, cabling, etc.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages.
